Vegan Gyoza

These traditionally folded Asian dumplings are filled with a tasty blend of vegetables and spices. Now VEGAN!

Preparation instructions

  • Pan-frying: Pour some oil into a frying pan. Fry gyoza for about 5 minutes. Add 60ml water and cook for 2 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Deep-frying: 180°C, 3 minutes
  • Steaming: 100°C, 5 minutes
